Complete modern refurbishment of a large two-storey office building
Our Approach
Polar Air was appointed as the Principal Design & Build Contractor by Portal Ltd, to carry out the refurbishment of a 34,000 sq. ft office building.
The Polar Air team managed the refurbishment of the new facility, creating a campus environment that to support up to 560 workstations. The project included an entirely open plan workspace design and optimisation to ensure an environment aligned to supporting employee and brand values effectively. Providing consistency across all Vanquis sites, our team also completed the design and installation of breakout areas, meeting rooms, cafe and reception.
