Our Approach
A 17-storey hotel consisting of 285 bedrooms located in the heart of Birmingham, required removal and replacement of all the existing VRV Refrigerant Air Conditioning systems, Bedroom MVHR units, Bedroom Refrigerant Leak Detection Systems.
Polar Air carried out the works under a JCT Design & Build Contract whilst the hotel remained operational.
