The roots of Polar Air Building Services can be traced back to 1995, however is was around 1997 that whilst operating primarily in the air conditioning sector that the company diversified into offering a multi-talented approach to providing a comprehensive range of in house building services.

The company’s forward thinking philosophy and overriding enthusiasm means it offers not only the most basic cost effective solutions but also welcomes the more challenging and complex bespoke projects.

The company has delivered single projects with values of up to £2M, ranging from Data Centers to Flight Simulators and large Shopping Mall refurbishments. The company also operates a dedicated proactive maintenance regime with a reactive 24/365 call out service.

The company is based in Nottingham and directly employs 25 staff.
